Artists create because they want to share their art to communicate a message, feeling or emotion. Come out and ask them about their inspiration.

Verified Handmade Arts and Artisan Crafts

Only Handmade Items from the direct artist or artisan.

When needed, items sold by vendors have given proof that they painted, etched, soldered, burned, knitted or somehow transformed the raw materials, or enhanced an object to make it unique.

Free, Safe Parking

Tired of having to park blocks away from the venue? Stopped going to events because no safe parking was available?

We have ample free parking. Instead of paying for a parking spot, please buy something from one of our artists!

Artists - This also makes loading and unloading easy!

Indoors Event

Walking in rain, sleet, snow, cold and heat can be left to the US postal service. This event is indoors. This helps keep the arts and crafts safe, and helps keep you feeling comfortable!

Shopping at the Hand Job Market connects your with the smallest of businesses, the budding artists, the moonlight crafters. If you were planning on buying gifts for the holiday season, please consider buying from our local arts and crafts vendors.

Society may have tried to train you to do things only because there was a business value or functional need; living that way can actually be very unfulfilling.

How about doing something because it may just be fun? This kind of activity makes life enjoyable.

Not everything has to have a business value to be of “value” to a community.

Put on your weird clothes that you can't wear to work, grab a re-usable shopping bag, and buy something that you can't find in a chain store.
